I’m waiting for my psychiatrist to come out of the hospital
you know at one point the doctor said i should keep a mood diary per day, but i thought it was kind of useless at first bc i was only doing it per day instead of like dividing the day up into parts and rating those. having to pick 1 mood out of like the 500 i had that day was really unhelpful to read through
